imagine yourself as someone, who is better than the others. you keep giving them advice, try to help them improve, but in the end of the day you are the only one who put extra effort to be good. people around you keep slacking, they are not as serious as you are.
how long can you stay saint and try to help them? how long can you keep repeating the same advice to the same person?

The story you've told does not at all reflect what happened --well, at least not in this episode.

Tachibana wasn't saying "hey, guys you gotta take this stuff seriously. You're hurting the whole team if you don't," and then gradually escalated her harshness when her warning went unheeded. No, she was bratty, condescending, prickly and self-righteous from the jump. There's a five letter word for girls like that, but I want to keep it civil. If the people she were dealing with weren't timid and kind, Tachibana would have turned the entire orchestra into a chaotic nightmare complete with bitter rivalry, endless name-calling and physical fights.

In short: she was just lucky that, with her hyper aggressive attitude, she was not surrounded by other people with the same hot temper as her own. Otherwise, it would have been a circus.
